2008 Fox River Rescues

Join us Saturday, September 20, 2008 for the "Its Your River Day"

We need everyone’s help to protect the Fox River and its tributaries. We invite you, your friends and family to pitch in at the Fox River Cleanups. We have various cleanup locations and dates available to suit all ages. Persons with hip waders, canoes, kayaks are extremely welcomed.

For Fox Rescue Site Leaders:  Fox Rescue Report Form     Fox Rescue Tracking Sheet

For information on becoming a volunteer or a leader please contact our Fox Rescue Coordinator:

* Jessi DeMartini     630-871-7548    jdemartini@dupageforest.com. or
* Jenni Kempf         jkempf@friendsofthefoxriver.org

Friends of the Fox River will no longer be supplying water bottles to cleanups due to the environmental issues surrounding them. As an alternative, FOFR will supply a large cooler of water to refill your personal water bottle.

Friends of the Fox River's Fox Rescue cleanups are funded through a generous grant from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency's SCALE grant program.
