Volunteers Needed for FOFR
Water Willow Planting Project

Friends of the Fox River has two events planned to help improve habitat and bank stabilization along the Fox River. Come out and join us at either site.

Saturday, July 9 -- 9:00 AM - Noon -- West Dundee

Meet at the planting site located on the west bank of the river along Lincoln Avenue in West Dundee between Geneva & 4th Streets. Saturday, July 16 -- 8:30 AM - Noon -- Oswego

Volunteers should meet in the parking lot of Violet Patch Park on IL Route 25 in Oswego at 8:30am. The planting site is located on the east bank of the river along IL Rt. 25 running from Milepost 37 on the adjacent bike/hiking trail and running 500 ft. south toward Violet Patch Park.
