Mariano Chavez will be showing his cyanotypes in his exhibit "In Blue" at the Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum in Chicago on Level 1. The cyanotypes depict natural scenes, many of which are Tom's photographs of birds, animals, and insects, taken mostly within our Fox River Watershed. The Forest Preserve District of Kane County is hosting a guided hike to look and listen for birds on March 10, from 9 to 10 a.m. at Fox River Bluff East Forest Preserve in St. Charles.
