Join FOTFR at the Elgin Valley Fox Trot 2025! New 5K and 10-mile courses this year.

Both courses still begin & end at the corner of Grove Avenue and Ann Street just north of the Gail Borden Library (270 N. Grove Avenue).  The downhill on Grove Avenue for both races will enhance a sprint to the finish. Running up Cedar Avenue at just beyond the 8-mile mark will remind long time Fox Trot runners of the old course up Duncan Avenue.

Course previews will be offered on three different days of the week to fit your individual schedule. The new course layout emphasizes the importance of participation. Organizers will be collecting sneakers for recycling at these events.
