Safety First

Make sure to prepare for your paddle so that you will have the most enjoyable experience. Staying safe is key to a good time.

This Sunday is expected to be sunny and HOT, so be sure to Pace Yourself.

  • Drink plenty of water and drink before you’re thirsty
  • Listen to your body and do not overdo it
  • Watch others as well for signs they might be in trouble
  • Safety paddlers will carry extra water and First Aid Kits
  • Do Not forget your water bottle, and fill it often 
  • Wear sunscreen
