Stormwater: Water Quality, Flooding, Land Use and Resiliency in McHenry County

The public and policymakers are invited to learn more about McHenry County’s water supply, and the need to use it wisely and protect it.

This program will be held at the McHenry County College Luecht Auditorium (Building B), 8900 Route 14, Crystal Lake. The forum is hosted by the McHenry County Department of Planning and Development, with generous support from the Environmental Defenders of McHenry County and a wide range of sponsors.

 This year’s theme is “Stormwater: Water Quality, Flooding, Land Use and Resiliency in McHenry County.” The forum will feature presentations by Illinois State Climatologist Trent Ford, McHenry/Lake Soil and Water Conservation District Urban Conservation Specialist Ryan Bieber, and McHenry County Water Resources Specialist Scott Kuykendall.
