The purpose of this meeting is the election of directors. A slate of directors will be presented by the nominating committee (staff) and voted on by the members present.

After the annual meeting, the regular board meeting will convene. The public is welcome to this meeting.

Board members meet to discuss upcoming events and current campaigns, our strategic plan, educational programs, etc.
